Thread:  We use only 100% double polished polyester thread. Colors are vibrant, glisten and strong.  Items embroidered should not be left laying wet or soaking in detergent. If bleach is needed use non-chlorine.

Ink dye Printing:  This process puts the dye into the fibers. 100% cotton or a blend of 90/10, 80/20 or 70/30 can be used. There is no heavy feel to the fabric. The process does not crack or peel; however, as with any fiber it will fad over time.

Personal Photograph:  To ensure the best quality print pictures need to be light in color. Dark shadows only print as blurs and blobs.  If your using a digital camera take the picture at the highest resolution. You can precrop your picture to show only the part you want printed; however, please email the picture to us larger than the finish size.

Coloring Shirts:  T-shirts are printed with a coloring picture and are available in sizes 2/4 youth to adult 5XL. High pigment crayons and instructions are included. Crayon instructions can be found on the Designers Loft page.

Other Photograph & Print: No copy protected material will be printed. Company logos must be in writing from the corporate office, authorizing us to do the work.

Stones & studs:  Adding bling to garments gives a special look; but adds cost and the need for special care. If any stones or studs come off, they can be replaced with non-water based glue.

Care of garments: Items that have been embroidered, eco-friendly printed or stoned/studded all need special care when laundering. Turn the item inside out, cool water and cooler shorter drying time.

Iron with low temperature on the reverse side, special fabrics may need a towel between the item and the iron.

ORDERING

Ordering:  Orders must be in writing or emailed.

Carry In: We realize you may have a specific item you want embelished. Carry in items are at owners risk. We take preventive steps to do the job correct; however we are working with machines and they sometimes do malfuntion. 

Estimate:  We will be glad to create an estimate for product and services. The price will be good for 45 days. Shipping charges are not included.

Custom digitizing: If you need a special design that we don't stock, supply us with clean art work via email and we will get a quote. Custom designs start at $25.00.

Sample: All samples will cost the same as the finished item. We do not stock items, payment must be made before work begins. All samples are shipped cost to the customer.

Trademark & Copyright:  Corporate business logo's will only be reproduced with written authorization from the home office. Contact Us.

Payment: All orders must be paid in full before any work begins. Visa and Master Card accepted. Personal checks allow 10 business days before work begins.  Shipping charges are not included in this payment.

Lead time:  Most jobs are processed within 10 days. Stock availability may alter the time frame.

Rush orders: Orders placed and needed in 3 days or less will be charged $15.00.


SHIPPING

Special Orders Shipped to/from us:  The customer is responsible for shipping cost on special ordered merchandise to be embellished by Mystical Moment.

Online Orders:  All orders are shipped free.



RETURNS AND DAMAGES

Returns: All custom ordered items are non-refundable. Please double check your order. An error on the part of Mystical Moment will be corrected. Manufacturer defects will be corrected either with the same item or a similar item, Mystical Moment reserves the right as to how the item will be replaced.

In the event of an error or damaged goods, Mystical Moment must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of the order.
